Lately, I’ve been finding it more and more difficult to concentrate on tasks. I can’t even finish a single one because I keep on jumping from one task to another. I’m not sure why.

Perhaps it’s because we’re nearing the end of the school year and there’s still too much I have to accomplish – grades, papers, letters, etc. (And that’s just on the technical side). Or perhaps as an adviser, I feel like there’s a ton of things I am leaving hanging in my class – individuals that I’d like to help and talk to but can’t anymore for lack of time; lessons that I think still needs to be drilled in, practical or otherwise; and so much more. I don’t know for sure. All I know is that I’ve been restless.

If someone could help me figure out why I’d really appreciate it.
