Andrea’s dad will be starting his own business soon. He has prepared hard for this and he has thought well about it. He still has an issue that he hasn’t resolved yet. He’s stressing over how he’s going to Track employee training. Since this is his first business, he wants to make sure that his employees are trained properly.
