Last Saturday, after buying car shampoo, a sponge, and a small bottle of tire black, I went about cleaning our red car. Despite the car being old and chipping in some parts, I enjoyed washing it. I had to take extra care in sponging the body, lest more chipped paint comes off. I even took quite some time putting on tire black solution. A set of new-looking tires never fail to add oomph to any car. More so if your tires use 24 inch rims. A site I found has a really great specification options for those buying rims and tires. I’ve been having sleepless nights these past few days. Blame it on the number of tests I have to make. I am done with several and I only have a few more left. I plan to finish everything before four in the afternoon tomorrow so that I can reward myself and play soccer afterwards. Of course, I plan to sleep when this is all over. I just hope I can still keep my eyes open for a few more hours.

These servers could really get hot and a lot of server rooms have ways of preventing overheating. Sometimes though, there are unforeseen circumstances like the A/C not working properly. What would be smarter to use is a Temperature@lert USB room temperature sensor. It is a USB temperature sensor that emails you when the temperature in the server room goes to high or too low. This would surely save a lot of precious servers and files that goes with them.

In the next few days, my free time would be devoted to making tests once again. I have seven trimestral tests in all to make and I have yet to finish one, though I’ve started on all of them already. I hope I get to finish everything at least a day before they’re due. So this reminds me, I better go back to making them.

A few weeks ago, we were invited to a birthday celebration. My Ate Cel’s first child just turned 1 last October and she invited me and my family to come and celebrate with them.

Since we rarely go out together, my parents and my own family (Andrea and Mateo) and also because we’re attending the same party, it is only proper that we go there together. Unfortunately the red car poses a big problem. Because of age, its shocks are a far cry from what they used to be! It already creaks with just me, Mateo and Andrea on board. What more with two additional passengers? In fact, for the whole trip, from the house to the party, it was producing loud noises that made it real hard for me to concentrate on driving.

And to add salt to injury,  it’s only been less than half a year since the car was brought to the repair shop for an engine overhaul, and even less than a month for a transmission overhaul. Now, after the ordeal, I’m guessing it’s due for another trip to the shop. And this time, it’s not an overhaul anymore but a replacement… of shocks! Shucks!

Andrea and I have always talked about staying home for good and taking care of our little one, but like in most couples, the problem of work has always prevented that idea from coming true. Fortunately nowadays, with the movement of trade from the usual business areas to the online world, andrea and I could stay home and earn at the same time.
