Our school, Hedcen, is known throughout the whole province as a harbinger of change - a pioneer in so many things. And one of the traditions that it proudly pioneered is the PCTC, otherwise known as Parent-Child-Teacher Conference. You see, in Hedcen, grades are given and discussed between the parents, the teacher, and the students.
